Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are processed and shipped same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.

Carriers

We ship via Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator. The carrier is selected based on your location and order size to ensure the best rate and delivery time.

Free Local Delivery

Customers within 50km of our warehouse (J6K 5H9, Québec) qualify for free shipping. This is automatically detected at checkout.

Large Orders & Pallets

Orders over 500 units or requiring pallet shipping are handled by our freight team. Contact us for a custom freight quote.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking number within 24 hours of your expected ship date, please contact us.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and send a replacement at no charge.
