Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

By accessing or using the ePack Supply website (epacksupply.ca) and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. If you are ordering on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the total amount including applicable taxes and shipping fees. We are not responsible for errors in pricing due to typographical mistakes.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Custom-printed and personalized products are non-refundable unless defective.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of ePack Supply and is protected by Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ePack Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Québec.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
